Your Responsibilities:

• Provide services in both our clinics and partnered ABA centers (all within 10–15 minutes of each location)
• Optimize scheduling to meet weekly caseload requirements
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
• Document sessions accurately using our online platform
• Communicate effectively with families, team members, and ABA staff
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders or related field
• Current Texas SLPA License
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Passion for working with children; experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus

Pay: $60.00 - $76.00 per hour
