Your Responsibilities:
- Provide services in both our clinics and partnered ABA centers (all within 10–15 minutes of each location)
- Optimize scheduling to meet weekly caseload requirements
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
- Document sessions accurately using our online platform
- Communicate effectively with families, team members, and ABA staff
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Current Texas SLPA License
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for working with children; experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus
