Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation for our team. The Director of Rehab will will oversee and coordinate all PT, OT, and ST provided to our patients. The Rehab Director will be responsible for managing a team of therapy staff, including PTAs, COTAs, and Supervising Therapists, ensuring high-quality patient care, fostering staff development, and maintaining regulatory compliance.This position requires a compassionate and experienced individual who can work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to support the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
- Staff Management and Development - Recruitment, hiring, onboarding/training, and staff retention
- Coordination of Therapy Services - Scheduling and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Patient Outcomes and Satisfaction
- Regulatory Compliance
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to rehabilitation staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage in quality assurance initiatives to monitor performance metrics and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Licensed COTA, PTA, PT, OT, ST Preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
