The IT Support Consultant is responsible for advising and presenting solutions to improve the IT infrastructure of the company. This involves evaluating and analyzing current technology systems, recommending improvements, and helping implement solutions that enhance productivity, security, and efficiency with special focus on the ClickUp platform. The IT Support Consultant position is an office/remote position, including some travel time to other offices, centers, conferences and other stakeholder meetings.
Major Job Duties
- Assess current IT infrastructure, processes, and business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Design and implement custom solutions that align with business needs and goals, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
- Guide and assist in the deployment of technology solutions, providing technical support and troubleshooting during the process.
- Collaborate in managing technology projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Provide training to teams on new systems and technologies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with software and hardware vendors to procure solutions and ensure compatibility with company needs.
- Update and maintain ClickUp platform, including workspaces, workflows and team training.
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, or consulting is required (preferably 3 years).
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and business applications.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and ClickUp is a must, preferably Central Reach and Rethink.
- Analytical abilities and creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public-speaking.
- Ability to work at a desk for an extended period of time and travel up to 30%.
Salary : $30 - $45
