Social Media Content Creator/Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our mission and brand voice.
- Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Write compelling captions, blog snippets, and short-form content to drive awareness and engagement.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and ABA-related communities online.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, autism awareness initiatives, and ABA best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including BCBA clinicians and leadership, to ensure accurate and meaningful messaging.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft empathetic and informative messaging.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing software is a plus.
- Passion for autism awareness and ABA therapy.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
