The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other mental health concerns. Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other mental health concerns. - Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care. - Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective and innovative behavioral health interventions. - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. - Participate in inpatient and outpatient settings, including pediatric and adult populations. - Develop and lead group therapy sessions to foster a sense of community and support among patients. - Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in behavioral health.
