Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that integrate social media, print media, and advertising campaigns. This leadership role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging aligned with our mission.
Strategic Marketing Leadership Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning to inform campaign development.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and metrics for success and track performance across all marketing initiatives.
Print Media:
- Lead the creation and distribution of print materials such as brochures, newsletters, annual reports, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with HR, COO, and division directors to add new products and promote the reward system.
- Ensure brand consistency across all print collateral.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Monitor analytics and key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness.
Measurement and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing initiatives’ performance and prepare monthly reports for leadership.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in both print and digital media (non-profit experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), social media tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
