Thrive is accepting applications for full-time OUTREACH COORDINATORS in the Iowa City area. Outreach Coordinators perform some job coaching duties along with helping consumers build job skills, assisting with resume completion, interview preparation, job searches & applications, and communicating and marketing with community businesses. They will also assist the Regional Director with intake and annual meetings, community outreach, scheduling, and attending job fairs.

The starting wage is $18-$19 per hour, with the potential for a raise after a 90-day probationary period. Candidates for this position should have a bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, preferably in human services, sociology, psychology, education, or a related field. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
