Thrive is accepting applications for part and full-time Job Coaches in the Des Moines Metro area. Job Coaches help those with disabilities and other employment barriers to learn and perform their job duties to the best of their abilities. A job coach also helps ensure employers have great employees and assists our consumers in their new roles to grow and “Thrive” in their community employment!
If you have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work independently, and are passionate and professional about thriving to help others achieve their goals, apply with us! The starting wage is $16 per hour, with the potential for a raise after a 90 day probationary period. Candidates for this position should have some experience in this or a related field. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
