Job Description

As an Office Professional, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our client service experience and supporting our advisors. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our team and the success of our clients.

In this role, you will work with Anne Kersten (75%) and Eva Stukenberg (25%) , both of whom share clients while also running their independent practices.

Working with Anne Kersten :

Work to support her practice assisting clients with a diverse array of products and investments, working both independently and within our collaborate team, to provide and maintain an exceptional client experience.

Your role will include :

• Client Interaction Support (30-40%) : Accurately record meeting notes and conversation outcomes. Ensure follow-through to keep our services top-notch. Increase role as experience and education / education permit.
• Meeting Preparation (10-20%) : Craft detailed materials for client meetings, depending on both array of product type and level of planning each client receives, to ensure advisors are well-prepared and clients are well informed. Gather data as needed.
• Operational Support (30-40%) : Assist in maintaining and setting up new accounts through gathering data, preparing forms, and pre-filling applications as experience and education / licensure permit.
• Team Involvement : Act as a backup for other team members essential duties when needed. Participate in business planning and workflow enhancements.

Salary : $52,000 - $60,000
