Senior Business Systems Analyst (Remote)

Job Summary

Fully qualified analyst who supports both the systems and the processes of the business unit, acting in a liaison role between the business and IT. Advises in case consultation of highly complex and escalated cases and provides support to the front-line team and other analysts. Provides direction on policy and procedure, implements training strategy and mentors others. Accountable for compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Provides support for large projects by drafting requirements, performing updates, and designing and executing test cases. Responsible for data quality and the monitoring of reports and trending in the business unit.

Remote worker option with minimal travel with the requirement to support project meetings between the hours of 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. Central, in addition to limited ad-hoc support for business needs throughout the year at times outside those hours.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $88,132.00 - $119,236.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
