Determine the need for future access to Wealthscape. All persons with access to Wealthscape are deemed Access Persons and are subject to Compliance with the firm’s Code of Ethics which requires all outside brokerage accounts to be maintained at one of the firms designated by TIMI.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Polish and proofread written communications to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Attend client meetings to capture comprehensive, accurate notes
- Organize and format client meeting notes for review and future reference
- Create follow-up documentation based on client meeting discussions
- Maintain detailed client records in our CRM system
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities
- Support various business projects including:
- Office management and administrative organization
- Tracking and categorizing business expenses
- Assisting with business-related documentation
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Managing property-related communications and scheduling
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong note-taking skills with ability to identify key action items
- Proficiency in creating clear, error-free documentation
