Inventory Coordinator – ThrIVewell
As the Inventory Coordinator at ThrIVewell, you will be instrumental in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth logistics of biologic and pharmaceutical products across our multiple infusion centers. Your role will involve coordinating the receipt, storage, distribution, and tracking of biologics to ensure that all processes align with regulatory requirements and operational needs. You will help ensure that patients have timely access to their treatments, contributing to the overall success of our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inventory across 30 ThrIVewell infusion locations, ensuring biologic and pharmaceutical products are stocked according to demand.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to track product movement and status.
Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast inventory needs and reorder stock to ensure a continuous supply of medications for patients.
Ensure the safe, compliant storage and handling of biologic products, including temperature-sensitive medications.
Work closely with clinical, operations, and procurement teams to forecast medication demand based on treatment schedules and patient volume.
Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations, addressing discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Generate and maintain inventory and logistics reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
Support the timely return or exchange of products when necessary, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Oversee product deliveries, coordinating logistics to ensure timely receipt and storage of medications at each infusion center.
Manage stale inventory to reduce waste, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards for sourcing and handling biologic products.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically in a complex healthcare setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams, vendors, and staff.
