We’re seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are passionate about helping patients manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses. If you’re an NP with exceptional IV skills and a heart for patient care, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and administer IV biologic infusions in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Start IVs and monitor patients throughout their infusion process, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about infusion protocols with clarity and empathy.
- Support inventory management and help maintain medical and IV supplies.
- Foster a positive, professional, and relaxing environment for patients.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and highly organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Vermont with strong IV skills.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Preferred: Experience in infusion nursing or a passion to learn and grow in this specialty.
- Outstanding communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- A proactive team player with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
