We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to deliver advanced technical support across client sites. In this role, you will act as a key point of escalation for front-line IT issues and collaborate closely with other IT departments to ensure seamless operations. You will be responsible for monitoring, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computers, peripherals, and end-user devices, while also providing on-site support for applications and engineering teams. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Essential Responsibilities
- Prioritize and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively and professionally with users, clients, team members, technical support personnel, and management.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex desktop and end-user computing issues.
- Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets promptly, meeting or exceeding SLA expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of core technical services, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the IT department.
- Proven experience in an IT support or desktop services role
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in desktop computing, end-user devices, ticketing systems, and computer network troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
