Responsibilities

As a licensed therapist at Thriveworks, you will be responsible for providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop treatment plans, conduct sessions, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Must have an independent license in Iowa (PhD or PsyD) or be eligible for licensure within the next 12 months.

• Must be licensed and living in the state where you will be practicing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
