Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD. As a full-time hybrid counselor, you will provide mental health services while pursuing Maryland State Licensure. This role requires experience in counseling, particularly in treating depression and anxiety.
Responsibilities
As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor at Thriveworks, you will:
- Provide mental health services to clients
- Pursue Maryland State Licensure
- Work in a hybrid model, spending 50% of your time in the office and 50% remotely
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Hold a graduate degree from an approved 60-credit hour Master's program
- Be approved by the board as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor
- Have relevant experience in counseling, particularly in treating depression and anxiety
