Salary and Benefits
You will be compensated up to $138,000 per year, depending on your licensure, sessions, and performance. You will also receive paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, additional bonus opportunities, and access to health insurance options, including group health and dental, disability, life, and liability insurance.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Arlington, VA.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 client sessions per week.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia.
- A willingness to see clients individually, couples, and children.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism.
