**Job Description:**
As an Outpatient Therapist with Thriveworks, you will work closely with clients to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client care and maintain open communication throughout the treatment process.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Pennsylvania: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Must be licensed and residing in the state where you will be practicing
• Must possess strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Must be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations
• Specialty population is subject to client demand
