We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Resident to join our team. As an LPC Resident, you will work under the supervision of our experienced clinicians to develop your skills and knowledge in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in counseling principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- A master's or doctoral degree in counseling or a related field
- A graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
