We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Thriveworks. As a LPC Resident in Counseling, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to provide high-quality mental health services to our clients.
About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring 30 hours per week of direct service and 5 hours per week of administrative time. You will be working with clients who are seeking mental health services, including those struggling with depression and anxiety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
- Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- Graduate degree in counseling or related field
- Licensure eligibility in Virginia
- Experience working with depression and anxiety
