**Job Overview**
Thriveworks Counseling is seeking a licensed social worker (LSW) for a full-time hybrid position in New Jersey. This role involves a combination of client visits and administrative tasks, with an emphasis on providing quality care and supporting clinician autonomy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality client care and support to individuals pursuing LCSW licensure
- Conduct client visits and administrative tasks as required
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
**Requirements:*
- A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Approved by the board as a Licensed Social Worker Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required
- Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
