Job Description:
Thriveworks Counseling is seeking a full-time LPC Resident in Counseling to provide quality mental health care. The position offers a hybrid work model with competitive benefits, including clinical supervision and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treating clients experiencing depression and anxiety
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions
- Conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Approved by the board as a Resident in Counseling
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
