As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver top-notch care to our clients. Your duties will include providing face-to-face and telehealth sessions, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop treatment plans, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology and be licensed to practice in Virginia. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to establish rapport with clients. A willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also essential qualities.
