Your Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor to join our team at Thriveworks Counseling in Silver Spring, MD. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for providing high-quality care and accessibility for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients dealing with depression and anxiety
- Providing clinical supervision and professional development
- Conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor
- Working within a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
Requirements:
- A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Master's program
- Approved by the board as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required
