About the Job
The Regional Clinic Director serves as the direct supervisor and main point of contact for 75-100 clinicians (remote, hybrid, and in-person). The RCD is responsible for day-to-day management of their team, including tracking performance metrics for individuals and for their assigned region, and ensuring quality of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinicians with the tools and support to succeed at their job and provide quality care for clients, throughout the clinician lifecycle
- Performance manage clinicians, including: quality of care, professionalism, and alignment with Thriveworks core values
- Cascade internal messaging and assist with change management to ensure company-wide adoption
- Work with other departments to provide needed information and support for key business operations
- Identify and advocate for the needs of their assigned clinical region and clinicians
- Assist with the resolution of serious incident reports, client complaints, and safety-related concerns that may occur within their assigned region
- Manage office space utilization with focus on efficiency and capacity
Basic Qualifications
- An active and unrestricted professional licensure in the mental health field
- Two (2) years of management experience in a professional medical setting
- Experience as a Thriveworks clinician, during which time the candidate maintained regular compliance and good standing
- Proficient in Google Suite and related software, AdvanceMD, and other Thriveworks platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient with time management and task completion
- Work independently and with a team to produce excellent results
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
