About Us
Thriving Tots Therapy is a warm, supportive clinic that values teamwork, flexibility, and helping children thrive. We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based speech therapy services to students in Woodland, CA.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students' communication skills while working in a collaborative educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing IEP goals and therapy activities
- Prepare and organize therapy materials
- Accurately document student progress and maintain session notes
- Support communication between the therapy team, educators, and families
- Follow district policies, timelines, and professional standards
Qualifications
(Must meet one of the following)
- Associate’s degree from a Board-approved SLPA program
- Approved out-of-state SLPA degree program
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
- Bachelor’s degree plus nine months of relevant SLPA experience
Compensation
- Schedule: Up to 35 hours per week
- Job Types: Full-Time or Part-Time
