Position Overview
Client is looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to support our sales and quality management efforts in the New York area. This role connects in-person sales with audit compliance, making sure everything runs smoothly while staying on track with company and regulatory standards. The perfect candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and ready to engage with both customers and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person meetings with Client customers 3-4 days per week.
Ensure compliance with regulations in the New York market.
Present and demonstrate Client products/services to potential customers.
Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.
Perform market audits and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and product/service compliance.
Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, sales opportunities, and audit results.
Work closely with the internal sales, support, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and strategies for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
2 years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations (B2B software industry preferred).
Fluency in English and Spanish
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel within New York, particularly the Boroughs surrounding Manhattan
