Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing & growing a client base for the firm
- Manage your own 360 recruitment desk, we represent the nations top 1% of NetSuite
- consultants
- Building out market in designated industry
- Finding the best candidates in your niche market. This includes relationship building, writing advertisements, qualifying candidates, selling candidates on unique opportunities, pitching, and negotiating.
- Team Lead experience and / or willingness to train new hires
- Improve confidence with subject matter experts, whom feel unnerved in interview scenarios.
- Organising interviews and selection events.
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews.
- Maintaining records of candidates and clients.
- Managing the onboarding process through from inception to interview, offer stage with contract
- of employments - through to aftercare.
- Offer career counselling and guidance.
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
- Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment
- programmers.
- Where necessary, review contracts of employment. Liaise with our legal counsel to offer best in
- class service.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
- Making job offers and checking references on candidates.
