Pay Rate : $50–$52 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee nursing personnel, ensuring job descriptions are adhered to and performance standards are met.
- Participate in facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular rounds within the Nursing Services Department to ensure nursing standards are upheld.
