We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Director to join our team and contribute to the success of our mobile sanitation operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring the efficient performance of our portable restroom service fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set maintenance schedules and goals.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
- Analyze and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with our restroom units and fleet vehicles.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a related industry.
- Exceptional technical skills, including mechanical, electrical, welding, and plumbing expertise.
- Proven leadership experience, emphasizing productivity, safety, and quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
