The Role of a Fleet Maintenance Specialist
The Throne Depot is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Specialist to lead our mobile sanitation operations and ensure the efficient performance of our portable restroom service fleet. This critical role involves managing daily maintenance activities, overseeing a team of technicians, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise daily maintenance operations, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set maintenance schedules and goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
- Analyze and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with our restroom units and fleet vehicles.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a related industry.
- Outstanding technical skills, including mechanical, electrical, welding, and plumbing abilities.
- Proven leadership experience, emphasizing productivity, safety, and quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
