The Throne Depot is a leading provider of portable restroom services for various events and construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep, repair, and performance of our portable restroom service fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance operations, reporting to the General Manager.
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high productivity and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment is serviced and maintained regularly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that necessary parts and supplies are available for repairs and maintenance, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Detect and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with restrooms and fleet vehicles.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong technical skills, including mechanical, electrical, welding, and plumbing abilities.
- Proven leadership experience, with a focus on productivity, safety, and quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
