As the Mobile Sanitation Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment is operating at peak efficiency and up to industry standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Lead and develop a team of skilled maintenance technicians, emphasizing high productivity and quality standards.
- Design and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely access to necessary parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with our restroom units and fleet vehicles.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a related industry.
- Exceptional technical skills, including mechanical, electrical, welding, and plumbing expertise.
- Proven leadership experience, focusing on productivity, safety, and quality.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
