Our Thrones are equipped with proprietary technology, including mechanical components, plumbing, sensors, electrical systems, onboard processing, cellular connectivity, and solar/battery power systems.
Manufactured in Bristol and Elkhart, IN, Thrones are deployed nationwide, including locations like Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and Ann Arbor, MI. We are looking for a Level 1 Production Technician to join our team and contribute to high-quality production, preparing for large-scale manufacturing. Responsibilities & Duties
Team Collaboration
- You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate with both the production team and extended staff.
- Complete assigned production tasks promptly while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate positively with team members in troubleshooting and brainstorming improvements.
Production
- Configure, test, perform quality audits, and conduct final inspections on units.
- Monitor and address quality control discrepancies and defects.
- Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for equipment malfunctions.
Technical Expertise
- Understand production equipment and processes thoroughly.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Address production challenges with effective solutions.
Quality Assurance
- Perform regular quality checks on finished products.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Report quality issues to appropriate personnel.
Hard Skills Required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Proficiency with electrical systems (12V & 24V DC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Mid-level computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, internal systems navigation).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues independently.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, jigs/fixtures, and industrial equipment.
- Skills in soldering circuit boards and crimping/terminating wires for signal and power connections.
- Ability to read and contribute to circuit schematics, flow charts, and diagrams.
- Experience replacing pumps, electric motors, plumbing fixtures, and solar panels.
- Ability to adjust and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Safe forklift operation skills.
