Position Overview : As a Procurement Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain operations, with a focus on procurement activities. You will be responsible for data entry, basic procurement tasks, and assisting with various standard purchasing activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the fastener distribution industry.
Responsibilities :
- Review data and create accurate purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to maintain proper stocking levels.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate supplier information, pricing, and lead times in system.
- Contribute and support the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
