- Cover hours when store is shorthanded.

- Cross all departments to check that tasks are being done; employees have clear jobs for the shift.
- Handle customer concerns and errors at registers/POS.
- Communicate regularly with other managers and supervisors to ensure employees are productive.
- Work with all employees to create an optimal shopping experience.
- Perform employee evaluations regularly or when needed. Communicate needs and evaluations with personnel manager and GM.
