Automotive Service Department Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
Automotive Service Department Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promptly and efficiently answer incoming phone calls to the dealership
- Greet Customers that are paying for service on their vehicle
- Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- General Filing
- Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers
- Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy
- This is a Saturday only position. Additional days/hours may be considered for the right applicant.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks in a team environment
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
