Our Account Executives are not just salespeople. They are creative consultants, strategic thinkers, and collaborative producers. This role requires the ability to identify opportunities, craft compelling solutions across departments, and drive revenue while building lasting client relationships.


You’ll need to be flexible, proactive, and deeply curious. No two projects are the same, and your ability to guide clients through our diverse offerings is critical to your success.


Function

To sell THS Creative’s services with a consultative approach, developing new business opportunities while expanding and nurturing existing accounts. Account Executives collaborate with internal departments to scope, estimate, and execute projects across our collective studio. This is a client-facing role that bridges creativity and logistics to deliver best-in-class results.


Responsibilities

Client Development & Sales

• Proactively prospect new business opportunities across targeted industries

• Cultivate, grow, and retain existing accounts through strong relationship management

• Serve as a strategic partner by understanding client goals and aligning THS services accordingly

• Represent all THS Creative divisions: Photography, Video, CGI, Fabrication, Thrive Studio, and Marketing

Consultation & Scoping

• Lead discovery conversations with prospects and clients to uncover needs, pain points, and goals

• Facilitate internal collaboration with production and creative leads to shape proposals

• Gather input from design, scheduling, carpentry, post, and other teams to build realistic timelines and budgets

Proposal Development

• Build estimates in collaboration with department heads and producers

• Present strategic proposals that clearly define scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing

• Ensure all estimates are reviewed by Sales Leadership and President before submission

Project Coordination & Oversight

• Set internal and external expectations for timelines, scope, and creative approach

• Transition client communication to Account Managers post-sale while remaining a strategic point of contact

• Ensure projects stay aligned with the original vision and help intervene when challenges arise

• Partner with Account Managers to track scope changes and upcharges when necessary

Financial Accountability

• Confirm internal capacity and resource availability before committing to delivery

• Reconcile final project costs against estimates to assess margin health

• Provide Accounting with final scope details for invoicing and billing review


Requirements

• 1 years of sales, client services, or producer experience within a creative, agency, or production environment

• Familiarity with creative production processes (photo, video, CGI, marketing, fabrication)

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and consultative sales approach

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

• Portfolio of relevant client work or past accounts (preferred)


Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a producer, agency account lead, or brand-side creative manager

• Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies

• Working knowledge of CRMs, pipeline tracking tools, and creative briefs
