CNC Operator
Full-Time – 40 Hours/Week, additional hours as needed to support organization

Our Operators and Machinists work with all kinds of equipment used in the tool-making process; CNC lathes and mills, grinders, wire and sinker EDM machines, heat treat furnaces, etc. They are the backbone of our organization. To be successful, you must demonstrate a willingness to learn, have exceptional work ethic, and show mechanical aptitude. What this looks like:
- Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches
- Set-up and operate machines
- Monitor the production process
- Perform and document specified inspection criteria
- Move parts and paperwork to the next stage of production
- Maintain work areas and equipment
