What You'll Do:
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance to the highest standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring best practices and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Utilize company-provided iPad and technology to track jobs and communicate with the team.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Represent Thumbs Up Plumbing professionally in all customer interactions.
- Drive and maintain a company-provided van, ensuring it's stocked and ready for service calls.
What We're Looking For:
- Journeyman Plumbing License (Required) or in the process of obtaining one within the next 6-12 months.
- Experience in residential & commercial plumbing services (or similar field).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train/mentor apprentices.
- Customer service-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Comfortable using modern tech tools (iPad, software, etc.) for job tracking and communication.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
