Were looking for motivated team members who want to work with next-generation lawn care technology while enjoying a better work environmentno loud gas engines, no exhaust fumes, and modern, well-maintained equipment.What Youll Do : Operate all-electric lawn care equipment, including : Stand-on zero-turn & walk-behind mowers String trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers Drive an electric service van carrying all necessary equipment. Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing). Ensure precise, professional service that meets our high standards. Conduct basic equipment checks & maintenance to keep gear in top shape. Follow optimized service routes and scheduling software for efficient operations. Provide excellent customer service and communicate with team members effectively.What Youll Need : Valid drivers license in good standing (no Class C required). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Strong work ethic & reliabilitywe depend on our team! Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a big plus, but not required (we provide training!). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills. Lift around 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Pass a background check.
