Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Thunder Mountain Bikes in beautiful Sedona Arizona is looking for a full-time Shipping & Receiving clerk to help receive and ship packages for our growing e-commerce operations. The right candidate will be a self-starter with high attention to detail. This is a full-time year-round position. Weekend work is required.
E-Commerce Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day E-Commerce operations
- Pack and ship all E-Commerce orders
- Process returns, exchanges & refunds
Receiving:
- Responsible for receiving, back stocking, all incoming product
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with in online inventory management
E-Commerce Requirements:
- Two years of experience working in a bicycle retail environment
- Comfortable answering phones and responding to customer questions via email
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn
- Self-starter.
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Experience with Lightspeed Retail and E-Commerce platforms. We will train the right candidate.
