About the Role
The Beverage Operations Director is a key member of the Thunder Valley Casino Resort team, responsible for managing the beverage service on the casino floor. This individual will lead a team of Beverage Team Members to deliver exceptional Guest service and maintain AAA Four Diamond standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve beverage service quality and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the Beverage Team to achieve individual and department goals.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Company policies.
- Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management to resolve issues and improve service.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Board of Health Standards.
