What are the responsibilities and job description for the Red Lantern Bus Person position at Thunder Valley Casino?
Overview :
Work in Red lantern, our Cantonese familly style restaurant. Responsible for clearing and setting tables. Ensures that silverware, napkins and to go containers are stocked on a timely basis. This Service Position requires time on feet all during shift walking, standing, bending, pushing carts etc.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casinos Winning Attitude Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casinos AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
- Maintain the restock area with clean silverware, napkins, to go containers.
- Clearing tables and cleaning properly with sanitized towel before resetting.
- Maintaining proper sanitation buckets in station, replace every 4 hours.
- Delivering dirty dishes, glasses and flatware to dish area.
- Scraping plates, loading glasses and flatware in racks for washing.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bus cart.
- Sweeping under tables with broom and dust pan when needed.
- Following established side work duties.
- May periodically throughout shift help in the delivery of food items to tables.
