Job Overview :
Thundersoft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Leader to join as a Staff Manager, Marketing Transformation . In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading Marketing Strategy and Alignment across Executive Communications, Marketing Culture, Training, and Organizational Evolution.
Key Responsibilities :
Executive Communication & Engagement : Lead quarterly business review preparation, create and manage marketing hits newsletters, and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between program results and company-wide objectives.
Operational Excellence : Drive procurement efficiency and vendor consolidation to establish best-in-class agency and vendor management.
Program Leadership : Manage OneMarketing InfoSeries, Tools / Hubs, Summer 2025 marketing intern onboarding / program, and other strategic initiatives.
Marketing Organizational Evolution : Ensure the marketing team is optimally resourced for key priorities while fostering growth and mobility within the organization.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Marketing Expertise : Deep understanding and proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Writing Efficiency : Strong ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
Information Distillation : Capability to break down complex and detailed information into understandable insights.
Multi-Level People Management : Proven experience in leading and managing teams at multiple levels.
Strong Communication : Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of leadership, including executive-level PowerPoint presentations to drive alignment and sell ideas.
