This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Chevy Chase, MD. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating locations, conducting market research, analyzing demographic trade areas, and understanding competition and complementary uses within the market. The Associate will work closely with franchisees, develop relationships with clients, and negotiate deals to achieve successful outcomes. The role requires thoroughness, aggressiveness in protecting clients' interests, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
