Job Description
This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing accounts, providing customer support, and handling personal insurance policies. You will also assist with general customer service and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Personal Insurance and Insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
- P&C Insurance license in multiple states is a plus
- Life Insurance licensed is a plus
Required education and experience
- Current KY Property and Casualty License
Preferred education and experience
- Insurance Experience
- Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
