Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure the accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating with the bookkeeping team, implementing operational strategies, managing client relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and troubleshooting workflow issues. The Operations Manager will also be involved in developing and enforcing company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
