Job Title: Controller (Construction & Operations Accounting)

Are you an experienced Controller with a strong background in construction and operations accounting? We are looking for a senior-level professional to oversee accounting operations, with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, and credit management. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable and collections, ensuring timely payments and managing client follow-ups
• Supervise invoicing and bill input processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Work with AIA billing forms and AR collections
• Ensure compliance with general accounting practices and financial reporting standards
• Knowledge of Texas lien practices and nationwide notice requirements is a plus

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a Controller role, preferably in construction or operations accounting
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and credit management
• Experience with AIA billing forms and AR collections
• Ability to take initiative, follow up with clients, and resolve outstanding financial matters
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
