Summary of Position:
To accurately provide inventory information for company-controlled material stock. Participate
in all activities for physical inventory. Monitor, organize and maintain inventory of company
product at multiple branch locations. The Inventory Control Clerk has a full understanding
of and can perform any and all material control activities at the branch for all commodities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Complete material receiving activities for shipments between locations or direct from the mill
- Coordinate movement of material from stock to processing to support production requirements
- Ability to access and work in SAP or other Warehouse Management System
- Operate material handling equipment as necessary to support movement of material
- Perform accurate and timely data entry within the inventory management system
regarding material movements; prepare and submit inventory investigations and adjustments - Prepare and maintain appropriate inventory identification tags and reassignments
- Complete material consolidation tasks, including supermarket
- Identify material shortages and issues, and communicate to appropriate staff
- Locate and verify inventory discrepancies
- Perform verification of scrap
- Complete all cycle count functions
- Assist in internal and external material audits
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
- Assist quality assurance team in activities related to credits
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance and clean up
- Train other material control personnel as needed
- Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, compliance and Lean initiatives and requirements
- Meet all other TKMNA employee attributes and competencies.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Solid proficiency using MS Office software, particularly with Excel and Outlook
- Ability to read, write, and speak and understand fluent English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry,
including stock locations and tag accuracies - Knowledge of all database programs used and their impact on material control
functions (to include Titan, MASS, and/or SAP as required) - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing (including e-mail), and to train others.
- Meet ITAR compliance – This position requires access to export-controlled technical data. Employment is contingent upon OneBox’s ability to obtain all necessary export authorizations
Preferred requirements:
- College coursework leading toward completion of at least a 2-year degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Material Control Operator
- Demonstrated ability to perform daily tasks efficiently with little Supervisor interaction
- Demonstrated initiative to identify opportunities for improvement
